A full-day seminar and hands-on workshop to analyze recent AI experiences in decision-making situations, then co-design an AI agent to support a budget decision in a professional context.
Giulia Marcocchia is associate professor in Management Sciences. She holds the "Junior Professor Chair" in Design and Management
Giulia Marcocchia holds a PhD in Innovation Management from TelecomParisTech, and has led national and international research projects. Her research focuses on the co-creation process in the exploration of the unknown towards the emergence of innovation ecosystems, with a particular focus on sustainable transitions through digital technologies and platform dynamics.
Before becoming a researcher, Giulia was in charge of defining and deploying strategies in the international automotive industry.
She explores the emerging practices of organizations which gradually structure new interdependencies of emerging ecosystems to meet sustainability performance requirements. Her focus is on the infrastructures and institutions that enable the emergence of new ecosystems.
She studies how this process of emergence and co-creation is structured by strategies of platformatization supported by new instruments that enable the mediation between actors, the scalability and replicability of experiments. She analyzes how these instruments maximize the impact on sustainability performance.
